Perfekt Tense

The Perfekt is commonly used in spoken German to describe completed actions in the past. It usually consists of haben or sein plus the past participle.

Examples

Ich habe Deutsch gelernt.

I learned German.

Er ist nach Berlin gefahren.

He went to Berlin.
